Draft Czech consumer goods complaint to a business seller for one separately purchased physical item. Review facts and eligibility for the chosen remedy before use. The site creates a PDF and emails you a link; it does not send the complaint to the seller.

For contracts from 6 January 2023. Earlier purchases, assigned rights, bundles, services, digital features, international or special guarantees require individual preparation. Possible rights are not excluded.

Goods and purchase

The goods price is separate from the PDF price. A receipt is not the only purchase evidence; keep other available evidence if its number is missing. The amount does not confirm payment actually received by the seller.

Goods defect

Describe the defect and facts without assumptions. Time limits and evidence need separate review: the defect’s appearance date matters, not just the complaint date. Used goods may have an agreed shorter period. The generator does not decide eligibility.

Requested remedy

Repair or replacement is the initial choice, subject to feasibility and proportionality. Price reduction and withdrawal depend on statutory circumstances; withdrawal is generally unsuitable for an insignificant defect. Selecting a remedy does not prove entitlement or guarantee the seller’s decision.

Use Latin script for names and addresses, Czech for goods, defect and grounds. After downloading, review, sign and deliver the complaint to the seller; retain proof of submission and provision of the goods for inspection.
