Cancel an enquiry
To cancel a free enquiry, tell the provider its number and what you wish to cancel. An enquiry does not create a paid order.
Order or refund enquiry
Include the order number, date, service and your request. Do not send tax questionnaires, rodné číslo or identity-document copies by ordinary email.

Below is a Czech template to complete and send to the provider. Use it if the right of withdrawal applies to your situation. Copying it does not send a request.
Out-of-court dispute resolution
If a consumer dispute about a service cannot be resolved with the provider, you can contact Česká obchodní inspekce within its remit.
