Enquiry and service agreement terms. Payment for a specific order is available after its terms and price are confirmed.

Enquiry and order confirmation

Submitting an enquiry does not create a paid order. Work, deliverables, deadlines, price and required documents are agreed after the enquiry. Paid work requires a separate agreement with the client.

Prices and additional expenses

The prices page lists the provider’s rates. Starting prices depend on the task. External expenses and extra work are specified separately before ordering and must be agreed before being incurred.

Trade licence and company registration

The application and documents are first saved for processing. Trade licence registration costs 5,000 Kč for the agreed basic scope; certificates, registered-address services and external costs are paid separately. A complete basic application can be paid after document intake; applications needing document assistance or further review are agreed first. The provider contacts the client within a day after confirmed payment.

Company formation (s.r.o.) costs 15,000 Kč with one founder and 20,000 Kč with two or more. Our team first reviews the documents and agrees the scope, external costs and timing. Only after agreement does the client receive a payment offer by email. Saving an application and successful payment do not confirm state registration. The start of service, cancellation and refunds are governed by the agreed terms and applicable consumer rights.

Deadlines and deliverables

Completion deadlines are agreed after reviewing the input. The provider cannot control authority deadlines or platform decisions. Preparing a document does not mean submission, registration or confirmed receipt.

Review and corrections

Check names, details, amounts and the result. Report errors to the provider with the enquiry reference and the correction required. Extra work and scope changes are agreed separately. These terms do not restrict statutory client rights.

Cancellation, refunds and complaints

For cancellations, complaints or refund enquiries use the provider email above. Include the enquiry reference, service and request. Do not send tax documents or identification numbers in ordinary email; agree a secure transfer method separately.

Consumer rights

Distance orders are subject to statutory consumer rights according to the service and contract. A free preview is neither consent to a paid service nor a waiver of cancellation rights.

Before digital files are sold, ordering and refund terms, a withdrawal form and information on out-of-court dispute resolution must be published. Immediate digital delivery requires separate active consent and prior notice of its consequences for withdrawal rights. Before payment, the client separately opts in to immediate PDF delivery.

Templates and control PDFs

The document generator provides previews. Templates require review for the specific task and are not notarised or legally reviewed. Free tax PDFs are marked as control copies; final filing or sending to authorities is not performed.

Online purchase process

Payment takes place on Stripe; the server verifies the actual payment status. Before proceeding, the client sees the specific deliverable and the total in CZK. The server fixes the amount; payment details are entered on Stripe.

The generator purchase covers preparation and delivery of a structured PDF based on the preview checked by the client. The template is not notarised and is not an individual legal opinion. The client separately confirms immediate digital delivery and acknowledges its consequences for withdrawal rights. The checkbox is not selected automatically.

A tax return is submitted to the provider for review. Before payment, the provider prepares final PDFs and approves the package. The client receives comments if clarification is needed. Only after approval is a payment offer sent at an agreed price; the email alone creates no obligation to pay. Preparing and delivering files does not constitute filing with authorities.

Other service orders specify the agreed scope and total price. Payment does not mean the service is already completed. Timing and delivery arrangements are agreed with the provider before the offer is issued.

File availability in the protected order, days: 30. Download your copy before the period expires. If a paid deliverable is unavailable, contact the provider: they will check the order, correct the error, provide the deliverable or consider a refund. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
