DPČ for an adult employee in Czechia. Minors, work abroad and special working arrangements require separate preparation. The generator does not verify work permits or register the employee.

Use Latin letters for names and addresses and Czech for the work description. Remuneration in the agreement is separate from the PDF generation price.

Employer — Zaměstnavatel

Employee — Zaměstnanec

Work and working time

Average DPČ hours cannot exceed half the statutory full working week. The averaging period covers the agreement duration, up to the selected number of weeks (maximum 52). Other reduced statutory weeks require a separate review.

Agreement duration

Remuneration and payment

The minimum hourly rate is checked at the start of work in 2026 or 2027, including proportional increases for a reduced statutory week. The rate is gross; the employer calculates taxes, contributions and supplements. When the statutory minimum changes, the employer must provide the required top-up.

The employer gives the employee a signed copy, prepares a written schedule, records hours and provides the statutory information under § 77a within 7 days of starting work. Holiday, rest and statutory supplements remain applicable. An ordinary written notice has a 15-day period starting on delivery.
