Draft Smlouva o smlouvě budoucí kupní between two adult individuals. Both promise a separate purchase contract following timely written notice. Individual review is needed before signing. The PDF is not the final contract, does not transfer ownership or confirm payment.

For an item, enter model, serial number and contents. For property, copy the full current LV description: cadastral area, parcels, house/unit and relevant shares. Address and LV alone do not replace identification. The site does not check the cadastre.

Price and final-contract deadline

The last notice receipt date is the final-contract deadline minus the selected response period. Notice must reach the other party on time; creating a PDF does not send it. The dates must leave time after signing this agreement.

Advance towards the price

Is an advance agreed?

The advance is less than the full price and credited towards it. It is not a non-refundable earnest deposit or penalty. On lawful termination, an uncredited advance is returned within 14 days; delay of the final contract does not itself forfeit funds. The PDF does not confirm payment.

For property, separately verify the seller and escrow terms before payment. This advance option is a direct seller transfer, not an escrow. Final settlement, handover or cadastral transfer terms belong in a separate final contract; review them beforehand.

Use Latin script for names and addresses, Czech for description and identification. Transaction price is separate from the PDF price. The generator does not sign, pay an advance, file a claim or calculate limitation periods.
