Consumer withdrawal from the entire purchase contract for ordinary physical goods from a business under Czech rules. Business purchases, private sellers, digital content, services, partial returns and special cases require separate preparation.

Check exceptions: custom-made or perishable goods, irreversible mixing, opened hygiene seals or sealed recording/software media, certain periodicals and public auctions. Special cases require review; selecting an option does not establish a right to withdraw. Late information can extend the period; organized sales events or unsolicited visits have a 30-day period.

For split deliveries, enter receipt of the last item or part; for regular deliveries, the first item. The standard period ends 14 days after this date, extended to the next working day if it ends on a weekend or Czech holiday. Creating the PDF does not send it to the seller.

Refund

Refund method

A different refund method must be agreed with the seller. The bank account in the document is a proposal; otherwise the original payment method applies. Funds actually received by the seller are returned under statutory rules, including applicable delivery costs.

Use Latin letters for names and addresses and Czech for the goods description. After downloading, sign and send the withdrawal to the seller before the deadline and keep proof of sending. The site sends the PDF only to you, not to the seller.
