What to prepare

Send legible copies. We will agree requirements for originals, certification and additional documents after review.

Identity document for each founder and director: passport or ID card.
Founders’ names, birth dates, citizenship and addresses; proposed company name, activity and director.
Proof of your right to use the registered address or the owner’s consent, if using a separate address. Choose registered-address assistance if you need a virtual address.
Proof of residence entitlement, if required for your circumstances.
Criminal-record certificate, if required. Do not order it before checking: in some cases the authority obtains the extract itself.
Proof of qualifications for craft, regulated or concession-based activities.

The notarised founding document, director’s consents and capital documents are prepared or agreed after review. Contact us for a consultation if a founder is a legal entity.
